In case our product causes a not so happy state of mind, the steps below will ensure liberation from your troubles.
- Manufacturing defect: In the case when a product is delivered with a production level defect, just inform us and as Karma dictates, the bad product shall come back to us and a good product shall be sent to you to complete the circle.
- Dont use it if you refuse it: In case the product or t-shirt you returned shows signs of usage, your replacement guarantee will be void and thou shall receive the same product back again.
- Time: Upon confirmation of receiving the product back from you, we will process the request and revert within a maximum of 3 weeks time.
- Credit Note: In the rare case when we don’t have a replacement of the product you wish to return, we will provide you with a Nirvana Credit Voucher of the same value as the purchased product. The credit voucher will be valid for purchase within 45 days.
We request that all claims be reported to email@example.com within 6-7 hours of receipt on the day of delivery. This will help us trace the problem and take appropriate action accordingly.

Delivery of products
To understand the shipment methods Nirvana T-shirts uses, you should bear in mind certain principles when you place your order.
We deliver your merchandise in 9 days from the date you place an order on our site. Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses or offices from various points in India.
Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies usually between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Saturday
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.
